- Not in ansi c. You might want to ask in comp.os.ms-windows.programmer,
- comp.sys.ibm.pc.soundcard.misc, etc. A better option would be to ftp
- (anonymous) to rtfm.mit.edu /pub/usenet-by-heirarchy/comp/... and poke
- through the faq (Frequently Asked Question) lists for the various groups.
- You may find your answer in one of them. You could also ftp to a SimTel
- mirror (eg oak.oakland.edu /SimTel) and poke through the code snippets.
